Residential Property Conveyancer
Our client are an established, successful and progressive Law firm, based in Huddersfield town centre, offering a wide range of legal services to both private individuals and corporate clients. The provision of excellent personalised client service is the focus of the firm as well as having a friendly, practical and efficient approach. As part of the firms succession planning the firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their respected property department, assisting existing fee earners and working with other Partners.
The successful applicant must meet the criteria set by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme to be able to be appointed in this role. Your case load which could include a large proportion of medium and high value residential properties, especially Leasehold work.
You will be responsible for the conduct of residential conveyancing matters including:
* Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
* Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
* Transfers of Equity
* Equity Release Schemes
* Leasehold Enfranchisement
* Acquisitions of land or property for development
Salary is attractive and dependent on experience
