Construction Solicitor - Non Contentious

My client is a regional law firm that is ranked in the Top 100 and now has an exciting opportunity for a non-contentious construction lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team in Cardiff.

This is an opportunity to get involved in high quality, complex work, building a really firm foundation in construction building and engineering contracts and to gain valuable experience.

You will be based in a supportive and friendly team, and be able to work closely with a Cardiff based Partner and other lawyers within the team, giving you a more rounded perspective.

The client is looking for somebody with the potential to become a big name in construction so you will demonstrate talent, ambition and a real interest in non-contentious construction work. You will have built up enough experience to be able to manage some work with minimal supervision, probably gained over at least 2 years post qualification in a specialist construction team.
