My client is looking to add a Property Litigation Associate to share its heavy workload in its Real Estate team in London. The firm is open to PQE level providing you are below 4PQE.

You would be working for a very highly regarded law firm with a global reach. If you're looking for an international firm with high quality work and a very low attrition rate then this could be an excellent next step for you.

The Real Estate team has an exceptionally low staff turnover rate and Associates are kept happy with a good salary and an excellent office culture where most of the Associates are also friends outside of working hours. You would report directly to the very highly regarded Head of Real Estate Disputes who operates an open-door policy and is always on hand to offer support.

The role you would be taking on a broad role where responsibilities will include contract disputes, registry matters, landlord and tenant disputes, planning, compulsory purchase and more.

The minimum requirements for this Property Litigation role are:

• Excellent academics (2:1 in your degree or above)
• Trained at a highly regarded city or regional law firm with a legal 500 Real Estate group (Barristers will be considered)
• Fit within the NQ-4PQE bracket
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
