Our client as established Law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their office in Greater Manchester.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Handling a caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
Handling development and real-estate matters including:
Site acquisition and plot sales,
Infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts,
Option agreements, buying and selling of businesses in addition to commercial landlord and tenant work.

The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
Have the proven ability to manage a caseload from instruction through to completion
Demonstrate the proven ability to work to strict billing targets
