Legal Counsel

An opportunity has arisen with a leading company in multinational consumer goods.  This is a new role with a leading FTSE company likely to see significant growth in the coming years.

A successful candidate will benefit from exceptional academics and training and have gained solid post qualification experience in private practice or in-house.  The core responsibilities of the role include general experience of buying contracts with experience of commercial, outsourcing, IT and media law.  Experience working in a high growth entrepreneurial environment with experience on a varied diet of contracts, would be advantageous.

You will enjoy a high degree of responsibility in dealing with an impressively wide scope of work including commercial, outsourcing, IP, and others.  Additionally you will work closely with the Group Compliance officer dealing with data protection and competition issues.

You will also demonstrate a strong ability manage complex legal issues in a commercial and pragmatic manner, while working autonomously within an entrepreneurial environment.
