Are you looking to make a difference within a respected top tier regional practise in Northampton? Are you looking for a progression opportunities wherein you can gain vital management exposure?

If so this role may be for you. To be considered you will ideally possess a minimum of 2-3 years PQE including a good range of commercial legal experience. You will have gained experience dealing with the purchase and sale of businesses and companies, advising on a full range of commercial agreements, advising on alternative forms of business structure and general commercial advice. You will also have gained knowledge of transactional processes and you will need to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding and expertise.

In addition, you will be required to deputise for the Head of Team in their absence and as such you must be a confident communicator, persuasive, articulate, and friendly with a good sense of humour. Commercially astute you will be able to demonstrate first-class drafting and analytical skills.
