Property Litigation Solicitor – 1-2 yrs. PQE

One of the UK’s leading full service regional law firms situated in the Thames Valley is currently looking for a Property Litigation Lawyer to join their highly regarded department. You will be part of a successful and experienced team of legal experts. Working from the firm’s modern offices, in a central location with good transport links.

The property litigation team is located within the Dispute Resolution group. It specialises in all aspects of property litigation and landlords and tenant law, advising major multinationals, developers and property investment companies. It works very closely with the Property group which is one of the largest in the South East.

The role:

• Managing your own caseload of property litigation
• Taking instructions in verbal and written form.
• Taking and dealing effectively with new enquires.
• Drafting, negotiating and advising on documents.
• Working unsupervised when required.

You will have:

• Experience of property litigation work
• Including break clause, 1954 Act, lease renewal and dilapidation claim work is essential
• It would be desirable if you have commercial litigation experience
• Ability and willingness to market is essential
• Comfortable speaking to clients on the phone
• Effectively work in a team or unsupervised
