Are you a qualified Company Secretary with funds experience looking for work in London?
This role may be for you!
I have been instructed by a multinational professional services firm looking to bring on board an experienced company secretary to be the principal point of contact reporting into the Managing Director. Responsibilities will be wide-ranging and include funds governance, board support and statutory filings.
Applicants will be required to show a track record of working with listed funds, having knowledge, in particular of AIFMD & CRS/FATCA regulations. The role is also very client-facing involving some London-based travel. Good communication skills are therefore vital.
This role would be suitable for a qualified company secretary, preferably with ACIS/FCIS. If you have worked in a financial or professional services environment previously, this may also be advantageous.
If this sounds like it may be of interest, please get in touch!
