Crime Duty Solicitor sought for specialist team in Bedfordshire.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic Crime Duty Solicitor to join a specialist team based in Bedford. Managing an existing caseload, the successful Solicitor will attend clients at police stations and Magistrates Courts throughout the area, and prepare cases for trial. Out of hours work may also be required. Due to the existing workload, the successful Duty Solicitor will not be required to allocate their slots to the firm. A hands-on role with high levels of autonomy, suited to a committed professional who is seeking a new and exciting challenge. 
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with Crime Duty accreditation;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have excellent technical and organisational skills;
You will be able to manage a demanding caseload, with minimal supervision;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated.
