Our busy Hertfordshire Property Boutique is urgently seeking a Paralegal who has experience in Residential Conveyancing.   

The successful candidate will join a team of 4 and will form part of their established Property team.  

You must have prior working experience in this practice area and be able to work under supervision, dealing with a caseload of Sale and Purchases, Leasehold and Freehold Property. 

An understanding of the transactional processes is highly recommended for this fast paced successful team.  Use of the Land Registry Portal for online forms is helpful. There will also be an element of client telephone liaison.

Experience of Case Management Systems would also be useful, however training will be given.

Skills: A Paralegal with Residential Conveyancing experience is required. Candidates must ideally have at least a couple of years behind them in Residential Conveyancing and must be able to work with minimal supervision with a Team Leader.

Hours: 9-5.30pm Holidays : Standard + Bank Holidays Start Date: Asap:

Salary circa £25,000pa plus quarterly bonus + private health cover + share options
