An excellent opportunity for a Prosecutions and Enforcement Locum Lawyer has arisen in the East Midlands for a successful Local Authority legal team. The position will be at least 3 months with the possibility of extension. The position is commutable from Birmingham.
The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. However, applications are welcome from non-qualified Lawyers that have the relevant experience.
The daily responsibilities are as follows:
- A mixture of Criminal and Civil Litigation matters for the Local Authority
- General prosecutions
- Attending courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required
The hourly rate on offer is negotiable and dependent on experience.
