As part of a small Corporate Group you will work on a broad range of transactions which will include assisting foreign investors, multi-national corporations and investment banks on their corporate and joint venture transactions and projects.

Your work will be a broad mix of transactional matters including M&A, JVs, inward investment, private equity and major projects.You will have between 2-5 years PQE experience from a leading international firm, solid exposure to cross-border transactions and a strong commitment to client service. Your effective communication skills combined with your proactive approach to business development will be welcomed by this team.
