Residential Conveyancer - Team Leader – Watford: L4L608
Our clients are a busy professional Property Boutique specialising in Residential Conveyancing. They are urgently seeking a Residential Conveyancer /Team Leader, someone who can oversee a team of 4 Paralegals, as well as managing their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing. With 3 other teams firmly in place, this boutique is focused and very proactive.
Ideally this role would suit someone who has great leadership skills and who can manage staff successfully.

Hours: 9-5.30pm
Holidays : Standard plus bank holidays :
Start Date: ASAP.
Salary £35-45kpa dep on exp + bonus scheme and private health cover + share option scheme.
Skills & Experience: At least 3 yrs pqe, either a Residential Conveyance Solicitor, a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive- with Residential Conveyancing experience of at least 3 years dealing with sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold properties. Office Manager/Leadership skills.
