My client is a leading full service US law firm currently seeking a Finance Litigation Associate to join its thriving litigation practice.
ROLE
- Acting for international and domestic banks in complex and substantial disputes.
- Acting in leading cases in the EU and English courts, challenging sanctions imposed on financial institutions and individuals.
- Advising on disputes in relation to credit-linked notes.
- Advising on fraud claims both on the claimant and the defendant side.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2:1 in degree from a Russell Group University
- Trained and retained at a leading US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm
- Experience in banking disputes
