An opportunity for a Property Litigation NQ to join a growing team at a national Birmingham private practice.

Client Details

Our client is a leading Birmingham private practice.

Description

This is an opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team in the Birmingham market. The team has grown over the last 6 months with a number of client wins and work coming through from the London and regional markets.

This is a great chance for somebody to be part of a team as it grow and establishes itself in the local market. It would suit an ambitious lawyer looking to make the step up to a national practice or perhaps a lawyer who currently works within a large international team and feels like a small cog in the machine.

Our client has a number of loyal clients who refer work on a consistent basis to the team. The team also works closely with the other UK offices, forming a very strong and reputable national disputes team.

The Property Litigation NQ will join a small but growing team with great supervision from senior solicitors. You will be given client exposure from day one and an existing and busy caseload to work on.

This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified real estate disputes solicitor to learn and develop with one of the leading teams in this area.

Profile

The ideal Property Litigation NQ will have enjoyed a strong contentious training contract or be a qualified solicitor and it is ideal that they spent time or a seat working on real estate disputes. Our client may consider candidates who have been perhaps exposed to just commercial litigation but a genuine interest and enthusiasm in real estate will be necessary.

Our client will look at candidates with differing levels of PQE.
