A national law firm based in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its Birmingham team.

A private practice in Birmingham.
Description
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will join a busy Birmingham healthcare team and you will work closely with the wider national medical negligence team.
You will advise on a range of multi track clinical negligence cases, predominantly on behalf of the NHSLA. You will manage your own caseload from start to finish and it is anticipated you will probably run with around 30-50 cases at a given time.
Our client is looking to bring in an experienced fee earner and, for the right person, this could be an Associate-level recruit.
This is a great opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to make the next step in the career. You could be a frustrated junior solicitor who has a ceiling in terms of promotion prospects or a mid-level solicitor looking to move to a larger outfit.
Profile
Ideally, you will have extensive experience advising on defendant clinical negligence matters on behalf of the NHSLA.
However, our client will consider candidates from different backgrounds. In particular, this could be a fantastic chance for a strong claimant solicitor to make the switch to the defendant side.
Experience of supervising juniors and running your own large caseload would be beneficial.
