Our client an award winning Legal 500 Firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Manchester.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing the role will include but not be exclusive:
Manage a full and busy caseload of Conveyancing matters including purchase, sale, re - mortgage and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Providing high quality Conveyancing advice to clients
Contributing to the overall profitability of the firm by achieving strict billing targets
Providing a high level of customer service
Achieving completion targets
Reviewing cases and other relevant matters with the supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided and compliance with the firm¿s policies and procedures.
Attending and contributing to team/practice meetings
Complying with company policies and procedures

The Candidate:
In order to be considered for this position you will:
Be a Legal Executive, a Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor
Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a fee earner within a Residential Property Department
The ability to run a Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
