Head of Conveyancing

Our client an established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to Head up its Conveyancing Department on the Fylde Coast.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Managing a team of Conveyancing Fee Earners
Managing a team of paralegals whilst managing your own caseload of residential files;
Handling a varied caseload which includes Freehold and Leasehold, sales and purchases;
Training and effectively managing residential fee earners and all assistants;
Building and maintain strong relationships with clients

The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Possess a minimum of 3 years experience within a conveyancing fee earning position;
Have relevant managerial experience;
Possess experience in handling caseloads of both Freehold and Leasehold, sales and purchases from inception to completion;
Have excellent attention to detail;
Have the ability to effectively manage a team of conveyancers.
Have the ability to build strong client relationships
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
