The Role
We are now seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, for a successful department based in London. With solid commercial experience, the successful Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, acting for business clients based both in the UK and overseas. Areas will include: partnership and shareholder disputes; insolvency; breach of contract; contentious employment and; professional indemnity matters. Keen to get involved with business development and marketing initiatives, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain client relationships and promote the services of the department and practice as a whole.

Due to the diverse client base which this department acts for a good command of conversational French will be essential. With future partnership prospects for the right Solicitor, this is an excellent opportunity to make a positive contribution to the continued growth and development of the practice. 
The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained within Commercial Litigation;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will have conversational knowledge of French as a minimum;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will have a consistently strong academic record;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player, with a flair for marketing and business development.
