THE FIRM
This Lexcel-accredited international law firm in the heart of London’s West End is regularly instructed by very high-net-worth clients. Specialising in providing pragmatic, commercially-aware advice and undertaking robust advocacy as required, they are now looking for an experienced private client solicitor to join them.
THE ROLE
The private client department focuses on protecting the assets of some of the highest-net-worth individuals in the UK and internationally. It offers a bespoke service at every step of the way, including drafting wills, tailoring complex trusts and forward planning for all tax issues. The department is now looking to recruit a very experienced solicitor, minimum 8 year’s PQE, to join the team. The successful solicitor will have good experience of Court of Protection matters, probate disputes and Lasting Powers of Attorney, plus outstanding levels of client care, and would be expected to bring a following of clients or demonstrable marketing experience with an excellent network of contacts. THE CANDIDATE
You will:
Be 8 years’ + PQE, with a following or an excellent network of contacts;
Be very aware of costs and billings issues;
Enjoy marketing and general business development and be prepared to take that a step further in the role;
