My client, a Lancashire based Solicitors practice is currently looking to recruit an ambitious and highly-capable Law Costs Draftsman/ Costs Lawyer with managerial experience.
The successful candidate should be a dynamic and highly organised Costs Draftsman/ Costs Lawyer proficient with claimant work with particular experience in personal injury cases.
You need to be able to draft Bills of Costs, critically asses Points of Dispute and prepare Points of Replies. Knowledge of Advocacy and Budgets would be a significant advantage as would previous supervisory experience;
you must be a driven Costs professional and be able to distribute work to more junior members of the team and check their progress.
The salary on offer is circa £30,000 but will be highly dependent on experience.
