A top international law firm are looking for a Corporate Paralegal. This will be on a permanent contract at their office in central London.

Description
This Corporate Paralegal role will involve but not be limited to:
- Supporting the Corporate team where needed.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Conducting legal research.
- Conducting due diligence.
- Transactional assistance.
Profile
For this Corporate Paralegal role our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Completed their law degree or degree with a 2:1 or higher and the GDL and LPC. Commendation or higher for LPC results is also essential.
- Have previous expertise in a corporate paralegal role for a minimum of 6 months.
- Be available and able to start a role in January 2017.
