Property Finance Partner / Partner Designate
Our client is a leading regional law firm based in the South of England with an enviable track record advising commercial clients.
A newly created role has arisen for an experienced property finance specialist to join a highly successful growing property finance team.
You will be responsible for liaising with borrowers and client lenders from inception to completion of the transaction. With the ability to liaise effectively, you will be a strong team player with a sound understanding of commercial property work, dealing with purchases, sales and commercial lettings on behalf of Banks.
To be considered for this role you will be seeking or already specialised in property finance work and be able to demonstrate a strong academic background with experience gained within a well-regarded national or regional law firm.
