Consumer Finance Lawyer

Our client, a global manufacturing company, is looking for a Legal Counsel with consumer finance experience to join their financial services arm of the business.

You will be responsible for advising the business on legal enquiries, consumer credit, regulatory compliance, asset finance, and security documentation as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

They are looking for someone who is ideally immediately available with either a background in private practice, in-house, or financial services.
