Banking & Finance Associate (3 Yrs.+ PQE)

As a Banking & Finance Associate, you'll have gained strong experience working outside of the KSA in general banking matters from buoyant legal markets. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate on their CV a broad array of Banking & Finance experience. My client's Finance department advise on the full range of banking and project finance transactions including limited recourse project finance, Islamic finance, secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition finance, rescheduling and restructuring, loan transfers, derivatives and other financial products.

The chosen Banking & Finance Associate will also; be Western qualified and will speak English fluently. Moreover, it is essential that you have excellent transactional experience and document drafting skills and you must also have exceptional results throughout your academic history. Please note, to be considered for this role, you MUST be an expatriate-qualified lawyer and have more than 3 years' post-qualification legal experience (at a law firm and within the field of Banking & Finance law) outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
