French Speaking Litigation Paralegal

SSQ Interim Solutions is accepting applications for a permanent in-house litigation paralegal with an instantly recognizable consumer brand in the travel industry.

This is a permanent role and will be a good fit for an experienced paralegal. Ideally, the right candidate will have extensive experience with litigation including handling a large amount of claims and analysing claims for legal merit and deciding whether to continue with litigation or settlement.

The bulk of litigation will be consumer claims, so experience handling consumer litigation is advantageous, though not a pre-requisite.

Candidates of interest:

• Experienced paralegals – foreign qualifications welcome
• Substantial experience acting as a litigation paralegal
• Coming from an in-house or private practice background
• Good organizational skills and able to deal with a large amount of claim files
• French language fluency

The role offers competitive salary and good support from the wider legal team of fifteen lawyers and legal executives. It will report directly to the Group Head of Legal.
