A Commercial / Civil Litigation Lawyer offering a minimum of 2 years PQE is needed to join a well established and respected Litigation team at one of Worcestershires longest established full service law firms. The busy team is looking to expand and hopes to attract an ambitious and lively solicitor looking to join them who can develop and grow with the firm, manage their own clients and bring a new dimension to the team.
The Litigation team:
The Dispute Resolution Team is established and well respected, the four members adopt a pragmatic approach in order to represent their clients who are both local ad national, efficiently and effectively.
They offer extensive expertise across a range of legal issues including:
- Civil disputes
- Debt Recovery
- Landlord and Tenant
- Commercial Litigation
- Inheritance disputes
- Disputed Wills
- Employment
- Breach of Contract
- Negligence Claims
About you - the Commercial / Civil Litigation Lawyer:
You will be a UK qualified Commercial / Civil Litigation Lawyer. Offering at least 2 years PQE (set as a guide only).
You will be commercially aware and business minded with a track record in acting for both business and private individual clients, locally and nationally. Therefore a knowledge of the geographical area would be advantageous.
You will have a background and passion for Litigation, and will be a pro-active member of your current firm and litigation team.
