Our client a well established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Central Manchester.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Running an individual caseload of Residential Property matters from instruction through to settlement
Handling SDLT Returns
Land registry checks
Freehold and Leasehold matters
Adhering to strict billing targets
Meeting with clients to take instructions.

The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Have the proven ability to handle a case load of Residential Conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
Have the proven ability to handle a variety of different tasks at any given time
Adhere to strict billing targets
