Commercial Legal Counsel - Berkshire
Are you looking to add an industry leading company to your CV and build your career? Do you have the drive and ability to work along side some of the worlds best recognised brands?
This UK based world leader in Retail and FMCG products is looking to grow its legal team in multiple areas. This position in particular will be working across the business as a commercial legal counsel, being the go-to person for legal advice on development, marketing and promotions. Advising across the business in areas including R&D and Consumer Marketing. Gaining exposure to high level work and internal stakeholders.
You will be technically capable and able to build relationships across the business as you take on this visible position within the business providing commercially minded advice in an accurate and creative manor.

- 3-5 PQE (qualified lawyer in common law jurisdiction)
- Excellent commercial contract drafting ability
- Experience in marketing and advertising law
- Experience in-house in FMCG
