An excellent opportunity for a UK qualified lawyer to relocate to San Francisco. Following an expansion into the US market our client needs an ambitious lawyer to partner with US technology companies that are looking to expand their business in the UK. This role offers relocation and sponsorship.
Role requirements:
- Uk or Dual UK/US Qualified Lawyer
- At least 5 years PQE
- Strong trasactional experience in a top tier, mid tier or boutique legal environment
- Experience working in the technology sector is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A proven track record with client development
- Previous experience working in the US would be an advantage
