In-House Lawyer Private/Commercial law
West Midlands (various locations)
Up to £60,000 + Benefits
You will be working as part of the successful in-house legal team offering advice to the wider business. You will draft, negotiate and conclude a varied range of commercial contracts as well as getting involved with private client legal queries in relation to the financial services sector. You will also get involved in wider legal and commercial issues such as non-contentious and contentious matters. The legal team is expanding due to the business's continues growth over the last 5 years, meaning fantastic career opportunities for their employees.
My client is looking for an experienced lawyer with 1 - 5 years PQE ideally, however other levels will be considered. Ideally you will have a mix of private client and commercial law exposure.
