Non-contentious Construction lawyer 3 + years’ PQE LONDON

Commercial law firm in London is seeking non-contentious Construction lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE in their London office. The team works on non-contentious matters for both public sector clients and private sector clients. On the public sector-side, the team are involved in the PPP and PFI side of things. There is the opportunity for the right, commercially-focussed candidate to run day-to-day conduct of some significant client relationships. This would open a good route of career progression to partnership. The practice includes advising clients on the use of industry standard forms and bespoke documentation on all the main construction procurement strategies for both capital projects and long-term maintenance arrangements. You will currently specialise in non-contentious Construction law. They will also consider candidates who currently undertake a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters and who would be happy to specialise on the non-contentious side.
