I am currently recruiting for a number of RTA Paralegals on behalf of my client, a Personal Injury Specialist based in Fareham. The successful candidates will handle a Personal Injury Low Value RTA caseload, towards settlement of damages and costs. The case load will be approximately 200 and will consist of RTA files across the MOJ portal.
The successful RTA Paralegal will have strong interpersonal skills in order to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues, and will also be capable of mentoring less experienced members of the team. Applications are invited from paralegals, fee earners, legal executives and qualified Solicitors who have the relevant MOJ experience.
You must have good experience of handling MOJ claims on the Portal and be able to hit the ground running in this area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and growing firm with an excellent reputation in its field. They offer a competitive salary and good benefits package, as well as long term development opportunities for all staff. Salary is dependant on experience but will pay circa £18k to £20k
