Pre-Litigated RTA Paralegal

Your new firm

Your new firm is an international well established law firm with offices based in Manchester. They have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their RTA department.

Your new role

As the Paralegal in this department you will be involved in the Pre-Litigated work and some stage 3 MOJ Portal work. You will generally handle a broad range of Personal Injury matters, undertaking discussions and negotiations with the insured, insurers and third party solicitors.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will ideally have some experience handling a case load of pre-litigated files. You will also be a highly ambitious individual looking to progress within the firm.
