Head of Knowledge - Litigation & Regulatory, 7+ PQE
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a new Head of Knowledge for their Litigation & Regulatory team.
The role will involve managing and directing the firm's award-winning PSL team across multiple UK offices. In addition to hands-on PSL and knowledge matters, you will develop the group's strategy, manage the training budget and be responsible for the team's marketing and client development. The role will also involve travel across the UK in order to maintain internal relationships.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background and a broad experience of domestic and international litigation. They will be able to engage effectively with a large and diverse client base, as well as being highly organised. Previous experience as a PSL is desirable but is not a requirement. It may be possible to undertake this role on a part time basis, but it is likely to require 4 days per week minimum.
