Commercial Property Solicitor - Lincoln

We are currently recruiting for a leading Lincolnshire firm. This firm are looking for a full-time Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team. The position is based in their office in Lincoln with the option to spend time in the Newark office.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Real estate acquisitions;
• Portfolio managements;
• Commercial landlord and tenant work; and
• Disposal transactions.

You should also be able to offer support to the firm’s Corporate Commercial team, in regards to Commercial Property.

Strong technical ability should be demonstrated, alongside the ability to manage and maintain your own full caseload efficiently and effectively. In addition you must be a confident communicator, persuasive, articulate and friendly. You should also be able to demonstrate first class drafting and analytical skills, in a commercially astute fashion.

Candidates will preferably have some PQE in Commercial Property work, however commercial awareness and a general enthusiasm is of equal importance.
