Contracts Manager/Paralegal

A sales company based in Hampshire is seeking a contracts manager/commercial paralegal for a period of 6 months with possibility to extend. This role will report directly into the commercial manager.

My client is looking for a commercially focused person to join their fun and friendly in-house team.

In this role, you will sit in the commercial team and be responsibilities will include:
*Processing and reviewing contracts
*Reviewing clients terms of business
*Liaising with both the business, external counsel and clients
*Drafting processes where required

The successful candidate will have a law degree as a minimum and have experience of working in an in house environment. You will have knowledge of commercial law.

The company offers a good work/life balance with flexibility if required. On site parking is available.
