A sales company based in Hampshire is seeking a Commercial Manager for a period of 12 months. This role will report directly into the General Counsel and will be responsible for the commercial team.
My client is looking for a confident person to lead the fun and friendly team. The role will be 80% commercial and 20% management.
Responsibilities:
*Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
*Advising on Intellectual property matters
*Rolling out new projects within the team
*Advising on the initial stages of disputes
*Supporting the junior solicitors within the team
The successful candidate would be a UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE*. You will have experience of managing or supporting a team within an in-house sales or retail environment.
The company offers a good work/life balance with flexibility if required. On site parking is available.
