Commercial Litigation barrister/solicitor (advocacy experience required) 3 – 10 years’ Call/ PQE BVI

Our client, a commercial law firm in the BVI, is looking to recruit a barrister or solicitor of between 3 and 10 years’ Call/ PQE to undertake general Commercial Litigation matters. The key to being considered for this role is that you must have advocacy experience as you will be expected to advocate in the local courts once in situ. If you are a barrister, your caseload will predominantly consist of Commercial Litigation/ Chancery Litigation matters. If you are a solicitor you will currently work for a well-regarded commercial law firm in London, the regions or Scotland and specialise in Commercial Litigation law.
