Commercial Litigation lawyer/ barrister 3 + years’ PQE/ Call CAYMAN ISLANDS

Offshore commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 3 years' PQE/ Call to join the Litigation team in the Cayman Islands, and play an active role in the further development of this successful and fast-growing department. You will advise and represent clients in connection with a wide range of disputes, particularly in the corporate, banking/funds, trust, insolvency and public law sectors. The successful candidate also be expected to take an active role in business development and marketing of the department. If you are a solicitor, you will currently specialise in either general Commercial Litigation or Banking Lit or Trusts Lit or Insolvency Lit but be prepared to undertake a more general caseload, if you don’t already. You will currently work for a commercial law firm in London, the regions or Scotland. Applications are also welcome from barristers and, again, you must have experience of conducting cases in one or more of the areas highlighted above. Applications from Litigators already based offshore are also welcome.
