A highly regarded Solicitors practice within the Shropshire region are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Licensed Conveyancer. For the Successful candidate, there is clear progression and a set career path within their Property department, with numerous benefits and a competitive salary.

Skills and Responsibilities;

- Must be either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Be able to handle a caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception through to completion.
- Experience dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equities of freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties with minimal supervision.
- Work towards realistic targets
- Strong business acumen

- Be highly motivated and commercially minded
- Be determined and motivated to progress
- Strong academic background
- Be happy to complete Business Development with the support within their experienced team
