PROPERTY LITIGATION LAWYER - 3 DAYS A WEEK
Our client is looking for a property litigation lawyer to join their busy disputes practice and cover a period of maternity. The position will start in the New Year and will be for 12 months. The role will also be 3 days a week.
The successful candidate will need experience in both the commercial and residential property sectors. You will have gained at least 8 years PQE and have gained this experience within a leading property litigation practice. You will have experience in Business Lease Renewals, Forfeiture claims, Residential Possession claims, Dilapidations/Disrepair claims, Ownership disputes and general civil litigation.
