OUR CLIENT
A successful and fast growing mid size City based Law Firm with an enviable client base seeks to appoint a Solicitor 2 - 5 PQE to handle an IP/IT and commercial workload.
THE ROLE
The work will primarily be non-contentious. The ideal candidates will have at least two years post-qualification experience in a recognised IP/commercial team or in-house department.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of IP law, preferably including patents, excellent drafting skills, a pragmatic and commercial approach with and enthusiasm for business development.
A science or engineering background, in particular in life sciences, or relevant involvement in a technology business, is desirable but not essential.
THE CANDIDATE
