A well-established mid-sized full service law firm.
THE ROLES
The Corporate/Commercial Department is now urgently looking to hire a new senior associate who has at least 7pqe.
ABOUT YOU
With good academics and ideally post qualification corporate commercial experience in a top regional or niche/boutique London firm, you'll be looking to move to a mid-sized firm which has a good deal flow.
The firm also often attracts City based lawyers who are more entrepreneurial and are looking to move away from an institutional client base in favour of the private HNWI/UHNWI/SME market (where this firm's strengths lie) and/or where their career paths may be blocked.
This is a superb opportunity for a business minded corporate lawyer who likes to work closely with clients.
