PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR (RTA / MOTOR FRAUD) - MANCHESTER
Personal Injury Solicitor (Motor Fraud) – An opportunity has arisen within the Manchester-based team of this top tier insurance litigation firm for an experienced 1-4 PQE solicitor with motor fraud experience. In particular, you will be joining a team which is experiencing significant growth as it continues to assert itself in the Manchester market.

- Experience: Solicitor with 1-4 PQE with experience of all aspects of defendant motor fraud including fraud rings.

With an already established foothold in the market, the motor fraud team is continuing to grow and develop and a role has arisen for a solicitor to join the team to further strengthen the offering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files. They will also be on hand to supervise or direct the more junior members of the team. The role requires a candidate of sufficient experience to be able to hit the ground running – someone who has already a complete understanding of an RTA fraud file and can work with minimum supervision.
OTHER KEY SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS
This is a busy personal injury team who handle a considerable amount of defendant fraud work for some of the country’s leading insurers. As well as the requisite skill set, you will need to be able to:
- work under pressure in a busy environment;
- work independently as well as in a team environment;
- possess excellent attention-to-detail; and
- instruct and guide the more junior members of the team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work thoroughly yet efficiently. The defendant fraud team of this firm is at the forefront of this area of personal injury law and seeks out the best candidates to join its ranks.
