For this strong opportunity you will be a 5+PQE Corporate Lawyer from a City or regional firm and have the following credentials:

• A good grounding running transactional work as the day to day fee earner on deals.
• Sound academics (2.1 degree or equivalent with good A levels or equivalents).
• Technically strong.
• Excellent drafting and verbal/written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team skills.
• A desire to be involved in business development and marketing activities.
