A Clinical Negligence Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 firm based in the West Midlands.

My client is a successful and well established medium sized Legal 500 multi office private practice with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a minimum 8 years PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the expanding Medical Negligence team. The department manages the full range of Clinical Negligence claims including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injury, ophthalmic, eye surgery and nursing care claims. Clinical Negligence Fee Earners will manage their own caseload from inception to conclusion; the successful candidate will deal with serious injury cases.

Applications are invited from a minimum 8 years PQE Solicitors or Legal Executive with solid clinical negligence experience.
