Clinical Negligence Team Leader
Manchester
Salary negotiable dependant upon experience
Our client an awarding Law Firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Team Leader to join their office in Manchester.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Managing a caseload of around 150 cases of Clinical Negligence cases from inception through to completion
Delegating work to members of the team,
Directly manage the performance of junior and senior paralegals
Monitoring cases to ensure they are progressed to completion
Ensuring settlement targets are reached in line with KPI s and team targets.
Coaching and mentor the senior and junior file handlers to assist in their personal development.
The Candidate
In order to be considered for the role candidates will:
Have previous experience working as a team leader within a clinical negligence environment
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
Possess the ability to maintain good levels of communication
Be approachable and supportive
Demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to detail
Have the proven ability to achieve and over exceed Targets
Have a driven "Can do approach work"
