Childcare Solicitors required for an initial period of 3 months to join a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Childcare Solicitors to join a highly regarded team on a locum basis.

Our client is seeking three Childcare Solicitors.

The successful candidates will be qualified solicitors and will be responsible for managing a caseload of between 10-12 childcare cases, all in proceedings. They will also be required to have past advocacy experience as the role may involve up to one day of contested hearings.

Our client will consider candidates with contentious experience who are keen to transition to childcare law. Applicants from a private practice background are also encouraged to apply.

The Local Authority is centrally located, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as being easily accessible via public transport.

The positions are on a full time basis and the rate is dependent on experience.
