DUTY SOLICITOR – PART TIME
THE FIRM
Our client is a specialist Criminal Defence practice dedicated to the provision of access to justice for all. They advise and represent clients in Kent, Sussex, Essex and South London and advising those further afield in complex areas requiring expert information with professionalism and clarity. They are now seeking to recruit a Duty Solicitor to join their expert team.
THE ROLE
We are now seeking a Duty Solicitor to join our clients’ busy practice in Kent, on a part time basis. Attending clients’ at police stations and courts throughout the area, the successful Duty Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of criminal matters. This role is offered on a flexible part time basis with a competitive remuneration package for the right candidate. Applicants must be eligible to sign the CRM12 forms by 12th January 2017. THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor with additional Duty accreditation;
Have at least 12 months’ solid experience in Criminal Defence;
Have excellent technical and organisational skills;
Be eligible to sign the CRM12 by 12th January 2017;
Be flexible and personable with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
